I have a zotac 3070, a power failure happened and since then my personal computer won't boot. I have a tomahawk max 2 mobo and the VGA LED light turns on when I try to power IT on. The lights on the GPU turn happening and the fans also spin for well-nig 10-15 seconds before stopping. I've tried resetting the CMOS and also exploitation a different PCIE slot placid the same proceeds. Do you guys think my 3070 is fried? Btw I have it plugged into a surge protector

so I time-tested the GPU on my buddy's rig and it worked, bought a new mother board and quiet unvaried debug light connected VGA. Disagreeable new RAM and see if it whole shebang

Forgot to mention when I got the new motherboard my monitor receives a point only it's black screen out with a white underscore happening the top left

Well first of all, hold sure that you have the discipline BIOS, equally 5600x has a zen 3 architecture then mobo needs an upgraded bios, also try swapping the pcie connector on gpu like switching the connectors. And one important thing is to murder all the cables from the PSU and reseat them and drain completely the power before turning on again.
